Welcome! I am Zitong, a PhD candidate in accounting at UCLA Anderson School of Management. I am on the 2024-2025 job market.
I am broadly interested in economic consequences of financial reporting on product and capital markets. My work focuses on: 1. How accounting incentives influence corporate decisions. 2. How various market participants process accounting information and affect market efficiency.
Prior to my doctoral studies at UCLA Anderson, I earned a B.B.A. in Management and Finance (with High Distinction) from the University of Toronto and an M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University.
In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, indoor cycling, and shopping.
